Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of "Wonder Numb" and "Wonder Numb Aftercare" from Wonder Numb. Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of receiving your item, allowing you ample time to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be in its original, unused, and with all tags intact, along with the original packaging.
• The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
• Return requests must be made within the specified time frame.
• You'll be required to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 30 days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

3. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please info@wondernumb.co.uk within 30 days of the purchase date to request an exchange. We will provide you with further instructions on the exchange process.
