We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

❌ We do not offer international shipping at this time.


🚚 Shipping Carrier

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail services only.

We do not use third-party couriers.


📦 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays

  • Orders placed before the daily cut-off are typically processed within 1–2 working days

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day


📬 Delivery Services

Available delivery options may include:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected Royal Mail service.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


📍 Delivery Responsibility

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Once an order has been dispatched, delivery responsibility is transferred to Royal Mail


📦 Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Please allow sufficient time for Royal Mail delivery

  • Contact us via your Shopify order confirmation email, the Contact Form, or WhatsApp Business

We will assist in raising an enquiry with Royal Mail where appropriate.


❌ Undeliverable or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address details

  • Failure to collect

  • Refusal of delivery

We may:

  • Re-dispatch the order (additional shipping charges may apply), or

  • Issue a refund for the product price only (shipping costs are non-refundable)
